What You'll Be Doing: Coaching individuals through daily activities that promote growth and self-sufficiency Supporting skill development in areas such as communication, job readiness, and personal care Encouraging confidence and advocating for self-determination Collaborating with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team Tracking progress and celebrating every win—big or small What We’re Looking For: A heart for people and a desire to serve Reliability, creativity, and a positive attitude Great communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or GED required Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
