Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Secretary (DC) / Project Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and contribute to their successful completion. Assist in the coordination and organization of project-related activities, meetings, and schedules Manage and maintain project documentation, including correspondence, reports, and presentations Implement and oversee document control (DC) procedures to ensure proper filing and retrieval of project information Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up communications Liaise with internal team members and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication Manage project-related travel arrangements and expense reports Support the creation and updating of project timelines, budgets, and status reports Assist in the preparation of project deliverables and presentations Maintain and update project databases and filing systems Perform general administrative duties as required to support the project team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Previous experience as a project secretary or project assistant Experience in document control (DC) preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work Demonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Capability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges Familiarity with project management principles is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Project Contract Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Services and Operations Profession: Operation and Maintenance - OMI - General Management
