Job Summary We are seeking a candidate from the retail industry to support and manage our Watsons store renovation projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. The ideal candidate must be familiar in: 1. AutoCAD to edit and prepare construction drawings when required. 2. Demonstrate end-to-end project experience, including: * Planning and scheduling * Budgeting and costing * Procurement and purchasing * Tender preparation and evaluation * Project closing and documentation   Job Responsibilities * Assist in the planning and execution of store renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines. * Prepare and update CAD drawings and construction plans as required. * Coordinate and communicate with mall management, landlords, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. * Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Liaise with regional teams on buying exercises and inventory coordination, specifically for lighting and Eden fixtures. * Prepare tender documents and final accounts for store refit projects. * Support CapEx planning and perform related administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Interior Design / Architecture / Project  Management or equivalent. * At least 3-4 years of working experience in retail industry. * Skillful in AutoCAD / Sketch-up/ 3D. Familiar in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel / Report  Format. * Able to work independently and results-driven. * Good inter-personal, coordination and managements skills. * Open for extensive travel.
