PROJECT/SENIOR PROJECT STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS - BUILDINGS & INFRASTRUCTURE

RPS, a Tetra Tech company is looking for a Project and Senior Project Engineers to work as key members of the Buildings & Infrastructure Team.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Level 8) as a minimum; a Masters qualification is advantageous
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in the structural design of buildings
• Chartered (or near chartered status)
• Knowledge and experience in using Eurocodes
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Technical proficiency and experience of structural analysis and modelling packages including Robot, Tekla, Tedds, Masterseries etc.
• Strong interpersonal, social skills with the ability to manage other design personnel
• A proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios

• Structural design of buildings
• Engagement with Clients, Design Teams, and LA’s for project delivery
• Manage design output to meet specified quality and agreed timelines and costs
• Assist in procurement of new work in the Residential / Commercial / Industrial sector
• Construction monitoring and reporting
• Comply fully with RPS procedures and quality systems
