Job Description To strengthen our Service team, we are looking for a Project Service Coordinator (m/f/d) who acts as the single point of contact for our customers – overseeing requests, quotations, coordination, and successful implementation on site, including claims management. Your Responsibilities Manage customer service projects from the initial request through on-site implementation – internally and externally Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on quotations, including technical and commercial clarifications Support Sales in developing customer-focused service solutions and ensure smooth order handover into execution Plan, coordinate, and monitor service activities to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery Take responsibility for clear order definition, cost awareness, and risk/claim handling Lead and moderate customer meetings, ensuring transparent communication and alignment Act as overall coordinator from order to on-site implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout Take responsibility for project execution in line with quality, time, and cost requirements Collaborate closely with internal departments (engineering, service, assembly) and external partners, also on an international level Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and cross-functional collaboration Qualifications Your Profile Completed technical education or ideally a degree in engineering, business engineering, or similar Several years of professional experience in customer service, order management, or technical sales support, ideally in machinery or equipment industry Experience in coordinating service projects or customer orders with technical and commercial responsibility Strong skills in customer communication, quotation handling, and stakeholder management Knowledge of claim handling and project controlling is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SAP (Navision is a plus) Willingness to travel internationally as needed Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style with resilience under pressure Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to build long-term relationships Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and interest in the Pharma and MedTech sectors Additional Information Syntegon offers: An attractive position in an international company A company environment with a large focus on technology and cooperation Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development A salary package, which reflects your results, including pension and health insurance Travel activity to be expected By choice, we are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce Do you want more information?
