Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor on-site installation work according to project schedule
• Attend site meetings with clients and contractors

• Provide technical support on-site and remotely

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in IT, Networking, Electrical, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project or technical support roles
• Able to read system drawings and understand basic networking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with different teams)
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently
• Open to flexible working hours in coordinate with project plan
