Sedgman and HOCHTIEF Infrastructure have been appointed as the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management contractor for Vulcan’s Lionheart Project, delivering an end-to-end solution for the Lithium Extraction Plant and Central Lithium Plant.  This marks an exciting chapter in our growth as we support major critical raw materials projects. Our team is at the forefront of delivering innovative, sustainable engineering solutions that drive the energy transition across Europe. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Project Services Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany.  As the Project Services Manager, you will be responsible for: * Act as the primary interface with senior project staff regarding all project services matters * Drive efficiency and quality across estimating, procurement, planning, document control, and cost control * Ensure timely preparation and delivery of project reports, forecasts, and performance insights * Oversee all project services activities to support successful project execution and delivery * Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline processes and support integrated project outcomes   You are an experienced Project Services Manager with the following qualifications and background: * Bachelor’s degree (engineering, financial or related field) * Minimum 8 -10 years' experience in project management. * Metals and minerals processing experience. * Extensive experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Suite and Earned Value reporting. * Proven ability to navigate and collaborate across diverse cultural environments, gained through extensive international work experience. * Proven experience working within EPCM project environments. * Advanced client, people, collaboration, communication and management skills. * High attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to effectively manage self and others time, priorities and activities. * Fluency in English is required, and working proficiency in German.   What We Offer * Resource & Energy Transition Journey: Part of the ACS Group of Companies, Sedgman is driving sustainable and innovative outcomes that support the global shift to clean energy and critical minerals. * Career Growth, Development & Reward: Benefit from professional development opportunities paired with a competitive remuneration package. * Inclusive Culture: Join a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace in a company committed to creating a welcoming environment for all.
