You’ll assist Project Managers and Engineers with site set-up, planning, and resource coordination to ensure projects are completed to spec, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine technical expertise with practical problem-solving, while leading by example in health, safety, and environmental standards. You’re not just a number here – you’re key to our success. In addition to the above you will: Assisting with site set-up, planning, and quality control. Interpreting contract documentation into clear work instructions for crews. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Reporting incidents and identifying ways to work safer and smarter. Undertaking technical, hands-on activities as required. Leading by example in health, safety, and wellbeing. We’re looking for someone with: Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 12–24 months experience as a Graduate Engineer. Full Class 1 driver’s licence. Knowledge of NZ civil engineering principles and project management basics. A practical problem solver with a can-do attitude. Someone who puts safety first, works hard, and is a team player.
