Title: Project Site Nurse KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Project Site Nurse to provide medical care and promote employee wellbeing. The role will be onsite in support of the multi-year general maintenance services contract covering Petro Rabigh Polymer I and Polymer II plants at Rabigh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Project Site Nurse will provide health care at the project site for those who are sick or injured during work hours and will report to the HSSE Manager. The Project Site Nurse will monitor the well-being of employees & their health conditions by conducting regular health assessments. This role will ensure compliance with all health regulations and be responsible for First Aid and Emergency Response at the project site. Responsibilities: Provide immediate first aid and medical assistance in case of workplace injuries or health emergencies and coordinate with medical professionals when necessary Develop health and safety policies and formulate health programs Promote health awareness and safety practices among employees Offer guidance on occupational health issues Maintain and safekeep accurate medical records Report any incidents or health concerns to management Give primary medication to those who are in need and refer or assist to Physician / hospital if necessary for further evaluation and treatment Preparation and submission of any required reports Purchase and monitor medical supply inventory Qualifications: Associate’s degree in nursing with current Registered Nurse License 5 + years of clinical nursing experience including at least 2 years of field nursing in an industrial setting Fluent in writing and reading English Commitment to safety and high-quality patient care Well organized and proactive Excellent communication skills Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards Belong.
