JOB SUMMARY:

The Heavy Highway Project Specialist plays a critical role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of heavy highway and bridge construction projects. This position involves managing various aspects of project delivery, scheduling, and compliance. The specialist ensures that all project activities align with industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations, while also working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to heavy highway and civil projects.
  • Experience in LCAMS and Miss Utility (VA 811) a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
