Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of E&I engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems for complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and minimize downtime.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in E&I engineering within the [Specify Industry, e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical] sector.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary E&I teams and managing significant project budgets.
