To learn more, please visit www.krollbusinessservices.com The Position The Project Specialist will play a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth execution of service delivery and workflow operations. This position focuses on administrative coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication support for Project Manager I and the broader team. The Project Specialist assists in tracking project milestones, preparing reports, maintaining SOP documentation, and facilitating internal communications. This role ensures that all supporting tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with project goals. The Project Specialist will perform functions, including the following: Support project management to ensure timely and accurate task completion. Document client/project requirements and monitor progress. Communicate regularly with team; escalate issues as needed. Coordinate resources and skills across departments. Assist in UAT/BAT coordination and documentation. Contribute to workflow documentation and improvements. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution. Track KPIs and performance metrics. Manage timelines and resource tracking. Participate in reviews and prepare meeting notes. Ensure compliance with procedures and standards. Support automation and digitization initiatives. Document processes and assist in training. Participate in post-implementation reviews and feedback.
