Character Traits Is a Christ-follower with a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior Demonstrates integrity and professional conduct in all interactions Shows flexibility and adaptability in a ministry environment Exhibits patience, care, and respect when working with other staff and church members Maintains a positive, engaging attitude that creates a welcoming environment Requirements What You’ll Do Receive scoped projects from the Project Strategist and drive them through execution and close Assign project work to the appropriate designers, filmmakers, and executing partners—connecting each piece to the right team or person and ensuring it moves forward on time Build and manage project timelines, identifying key milestones and keeping all executing teams accountable to deadlines Serve as the primary liaison between ministry teams and the executing teams responsible for bringing each project to life Identify and address roadblocks before they stall progress Regularly check in with ministry teams and executing teams to monitor project status and maintain missional clarity Handle ordering and fulfillment coordination for assigned projects, ensuring materials and deliverables are secured on time Keep project management tools up to date so the full team has real-time visibility Communicate project updates, changes, and decisions clearly to all relevant stakeholders throughout the process Keeps work moving and ensures the right person is doing the right task at the right time Skills Needed to Succeed Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required 3 to 5 years of experience in Project management Strong project management skills with the ability to carry multiple projects through to completion simultaneously Excellent time management and prioritization—able to manage a high volume of active work without losing momentum or detail Clear, proactive communicator who builds trusted relationships across ministry teams and executing partners Natural problem-solver who anticipates issues and addresses them before they become delays Benefits Paid vacation (starts at 3 weeks) Paid Holidays (12+ days) 401K Match Paid Medical & Dental Insurance w/HSA Contribution Vision Insurance available Access to free counseling & legal services Paid time off to serve in other ministry areas Paid Time off to attend Conferences
