We are currently hiring a dynamic Project Specialist with a strong background in data analytics to support strategic project execution within our team. You will contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance by leveraging data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical and organizational skills, is tech-savvy, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the execution of cross-functional projects focused on business growth and digital transformation by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs.
• Utilize data analysis and statistical modeling to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and project direction.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, track project-specific KPIs, and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, goals, and data requirements, ensuring streamlined workflows and clear communication.
• Assist in the development of data-backed business cases, project documentation, and presentations for strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements and tech-enabled solutions, with a focus on leveraging data and AI.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and organized for compliance, knowledge sharing, and future reference.
• Take ownership of specific project modules, including data analysis tasks, managing timelines, quality, and outputs independently when required.

To join our team, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (MBA or Master's in a related field is a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, strategy, business intelligence, or a data analysis-focused role.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in data handling, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic project environment.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong interest in and exposure to digital transformation, machine learning, or AI-based tools is a significant advantage.
• Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn and grow within a structured PMO setup, with a focus on driving data-driven strategic growth.
