About the role Allianz Partners Medical Provider Management (MPM) has a unique and exciting job opportunity available for someone who has the knowledge, project management and interpersonal skills to drive excellence in project delivery across all global Allianz Partners medical entities. This candidate will be primarily responsible for the project management of key projects as part of the “MPM 2.0” strategic transformation program plus other MPM initiatives and governance topics. The candidate will drive planning and execution excellence across MPM regional and central teams through project management tools and techniques to ensure delivery against targets. What you will do Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Drive planning and delivery of workstreams as part of key strategic projects, working in close collaboration with the Program Manager, Strategy & Transformation Lead, Head of Central Provider Management & Governance plus MPM regional and central teams, in support of MPM’s strategic ambition and AzP growth initiatives. Collaboration with wider MPM function and other stakeholders across the business Establish and implement project management tools to support the delivery of network development and other initiatives. Develop and support delivery of regular (weekly / monthly) dashboards and reporting on delivery against plan to MPM senior management, plus client reports when required Ensure effective governance exists across the function to include reporting, regular standups, steering committees, and GEC/board level updates when required Communicate regularly, effectively and efficiently with regional and central teams, and MPM management in order to inform key business decisions Establish internal and external stakeholder requirements and incorporate these into project plans / Target Operating Model components as required Pro-actively innovate and collaborate within the MPM function, and collaborate across AzP departments in order to drive delivery Act as a key representative of the MPM function, and ensure an open flow of communication with other business units with which MPM interacts, including New Business Projects, Ops and Sales/CRM functions. Other activities as directed by the Head of Central Provider Management & Governance or Head of Global MPM from time to time. What you will bring Experience & qualifications required 3+ years experience in project management, preferably in insurance / financial services industry Knowledge of health insurance / travel insurance / medical assistance / third party administration preferable Educated to degree level and/or appropriate project management professional qualification Technical competencies Logical thinking mind set and ability to problem solve Strong communication (verbal & written), presentation and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills People management and motivation Analytical skills Business and commercial acumen Relationship and stakeholder management Able to use a range of standard (Microsoft Office) and non-standard IT applications to support and enhance the work; Fluent in written and verbal English language; other languages an advantage Behavioral competencies Solution and delivery focussed Demonstrated ability to prioritise and follow up Self-motivated and proactive Outstanding organisational and time management skills Ability to manage upwards Flexible and efficient.
