About the Role The Project Specialist is a key member of the Project Support Team, and the role has an established professional career path for high performers. Responsibilities Assist the PMs to manage project deliverables, cost control and risk management activities. Ensure set up and ongoing maintenance of operational project plans, timelines and study tracking tools and systems as required. Take a lead role to provide support services to the team on regional studies while coordinating with the regional Clinical Support teams Experience and Qualifications Graduate in a Clinical or Life Sciences related field and ideally 1- 2 years’ experience within the clinical research industry. Experience working in the pharmaceutical, CRO or healthcare industry would be advantageous. Previous experience in a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) role would be highly regarded Superior written and verbal communication skills Highly proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office and experience with managing multiple databases Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on reaching a quality outcome Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time and high-volume workflow effectively A proactive approach to work and a willingness to help improve inefficiencies An ability to work flexibly as part of a team and with a variety of internal and external customers Novotech is proud to offer a great workplace.
