Description

Our client, a global manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods, known for innovation and quality is currently hiring a Project Specialist – QA / Product Development with a strong background in supplier coordination, packaging, and quality systems. This is a cross-functional role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 4–6 years of experience supporting end-to-end product workflows, sample approvals, and quality assurance in a consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
This individual will partner closely with creative, product development, supply chain, and QA/QC teams to support new product launches, manage vendor relationships, and maintain high standards across the product lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, supplier engagement, and packaging, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field required.
  • Proven experience reviewing and managing production samples, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking project milestones.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms such as Monday.com, and working knowledge of SharePoint and related systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
