This position is a ground-level opportunity at a new company looking to create and capitalize on a new marketplace. In this position, you will assist Project Managers delivering projects, with innovative problem-solving initiatives, while coordinating with all necessary professionals and disciplines, will be among one's primary duties. Essential Functions Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project planning documents. Support the development and tracking of project schedules, deliverables, and milestones. Participate in asset management activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting for infrastructure projects. Help implement preventative maintenance and repair strategies for community assets. Assist with the preparation and assembly of proposals for new projects and initiatives. Contribute to technical content and background research for proposals and presentations. Conduct technical research to support project design, implementation, and problem-solving. Gather and analyze background information relevant to project goals and community needs. Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to support project design and documentation. Work with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to analyze spatial data and support asset management and planning Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success. Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations clearly to team members and stakeholders. Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies (including CAD and GIS). Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to innovative solutions for infrastructure improvement. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills. Education Qualifications Preferred Associate's Degree and 2 years of construction/design industry experience Preferred Bachelor's Degree Experience Qualifications Required 2 years of construction/design industry experience Preferred Construction management and/or engineering technician experience Required Microsoft 365 Suite Bluebeam experience Adobe Creative Cloud Canva Skills and Abilities A relentlessly positive attitude!
