We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical and flexible Project Specialist to join our Project Team within Revenue and Billing department. This individual will play a critical role in developing, driving, and implementing cross functional projects to improve our processes and operations for hardware sales, subscription invoicing and financial reporting.

WHO ARE YOU IDEALLY?

• 1-2 years of experience with Project Management within finance, billing, revenue operations, or similar roles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis, system integrations, subscription models and invoicing is an asset.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Ability to work independently, flexibility to balance priorities and drive to meet deadlines in an environment where changes are frequent and expected.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Business Central). CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

OUR HIRING PROCESS

• Initial interview, where we will get to know each other better. Meet with Project Director Morten Ørndrup and a member of the team.
• Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. Our Hogan assessment enables us to understand your abilities and how you align with our team culture. Instead of seeking ‘appropriate’ responses, the priority is to develop a meaningful exchange that illustrates your synergy with the Trackunit team.
• Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or projects related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you’ll also work closely with in the job.
• If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.

• Hands on investigations and migrations of customers between billing & pricing models as well as general system updates or clean ups for specific customers.
• Understanding and improving our complex billing setups, system integrations and subscription models.
• Collaborate with Revenue Billing, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering teams to drive current integrations and developments.
• Develop, drive and govern cross functional Projects for implementation of improvements and changes.
• Analyze complex datasets and support and drive actual implementation and updates in our systems.
• Create process documentation and drive training and handover of completed projects to our Operational teams.
