Our client, a leader in luxury building materials, is seeking an experienced Project Specification Manager specializing in Tiles & Slabs, Wall & Floor Coverings, Bathrooms, and Architectural Finishes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in luxury building materials specifications in the UAE.
• Strong industry network and deep understanding of the design process.
• Proficiency in reading drawings/specifications and using CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Conduct presentations, showroom tours, and training sessions.
• Provide technical product guidance and specifications.
• Track projects from design to installation using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and design innovations.
