YOUR ROLE:

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Project & Store Maintenance Coordinator – Trade Stores to join our Trade Store Support Team. This role offers a unique mix of project coordination and store maintenance triage, playing a key part in delivering our national store upgrade program across NSW and QLD.
You’ll lead the coordination and on-site supervision of trade store refurbishments, new store fit-outs, relocations, signage upgrades, and store relays – often while stores remain open and trading. Working closely with our property team, you’ll also triage and coordinate maintenance requests across the trade store network, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption to customers and store staff.
With a strong pipeline of projects and a dynamic scope, this role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for organisation, and the flexibility to travel both locally & interstate on a regular basis. You’ll be the bridge between our store teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders – keeping projects on track, resolving issues promptly, and making sure every detail meets DuluxGroup standards.
DuluxGroup is proudly an equal opportunity employer. Talent is our only criteria. Let us know by emailing Duluxcareers@duluxgroup.com.au if you require any adjustments to the recruitment process so we can support you to present your best self.

  • Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and defect management reports for all projects.
