POSITION OVERVIEW:

Artemis is seeking an experienced Traveling Field Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects across multiple locations in various states. This role requires extensive travel and strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 3+ years in construction supervision, superintendent, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site as needed.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification preferred; ability to obtain if not already certified.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and blueprints.
