Description · Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure construction work is executed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards · Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow and productivity · Ensure site safety regulations and compliance with OSHA and company standards · Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and coordinate with project management to address changes or delays · Ensure materials, equipment, and labor resources are properly planned, scheduled, and utilized on-site Construction Management Software Accountabilities · Manage and update project schedules · Manage and complete tasks · Post daily logs · Conduct daily safety inspection Requirements Education/Knowledge · Bachelor’s or associate degree in construction management or equivalent combination of degree/experience · Proficiency in current computer programs, including Builder Trend Experience/Skills · Five plus years as a construction superintendent · Goal-oriented, flexible, and ability to build a team · Strong organizational and excellent problem-solving skills · Proven ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors and co-workers · Strong verbal and written communication (ability to communicate bi-lingually is a plus), comprehension, reasoning and decision-making skills · Valid driver’s license · Must be able to move and transport objects up to 50 pounds and position self to complete required tasks Professional Expectations: · Always maintain professionalism, including the quality of work, punctuality, attendance, and attitude. · Dependability, good judgment, and organizational skills are essential. · Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to learn about the field are expected. · Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge. · Maintain positive working relationships with peers and demonstrate leadership qualities. · Fully embrace the business vision, embodying the principles of G.A.S. - Growth, Assertiveness, and a Strong Work Ethic.
