Charlotte, N.C. based Commercial General Contractor accepting resumes for Project Superintendent.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years Commercial Superintendent experience and demonstrate the following job requirements:

• Safety first oriented! Willing to obtain OSHA 30 hour upon employment if not held currently.
• Ability to confidently complete a new project by leading, managing, communicating and inspecting all aspects of jobsite. This includes direct involvement with all company employees, subcontractors, visitors and owner’s representatives. Ability to develop and distribute short to midterm project schedules. Ability to read, understand and explain project plans, specifications and other documents as they pertain to a specific project.
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate others and resolve conflicts.
• Delivering a quality project on time with everyone going home safely each day is the critical goal.
• Position may require overnight travel depending on project location.
• Must have computer skills necessity to communicate effectively with all parties, upload and download documents, submit and respond to electronic files, etc. Must have working knowledge and ability to use Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, etc.
