Naylor Commercial specializes in architectural finishes and coatings for complex commercial projects. We’re currently looking for a Project Superintendent to join our team, overseeing field operations on high-impact jobs across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Working with your Operations team and directly onsite, you’ll be responsible for both the technical execution and quality performance of the project you manage.

SKILLS AND TOOLS

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
· Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Autodesk Build, Procore, or BIM360 is preferred.
· Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate between field teams, other trade partners, and office staff.
· Ability to read, interpret, and act on construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
· Basic knowledge of our trade (architectural finishes and coatings) is mandatory to ensure technical proficiency and successful project execution.
· Knowledge of project safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.
