Position Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. 5+ years of direct supervision and/or management of high-end custom residential construction projects. Strong communication and leadership skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer proficient. Proven track record of successful project execution and maintaining professional relationships. Responsibilities Include: Managing day-to-day construction site operations or overseeing project management tasks. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards. Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients.
