ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Accountability to the Head of Projects/Project Manager/Senior Project Managers.
· Manage and deliver project safely and in line with regulatory and business requirements.
· Manage and deliver principal projects as per programme
· Manage meetings and reporting

EDUCATION

· Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar

EXPERIENCE

· Minimum of 5 years proven Supervisory experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment
· Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
· Proven experience of running a P&L (desirable)
