PROJECT SUPERVISOR/ CLERK OF WORKS

Location: Willesden, London
Hours: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Rate: Circa £250 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: 17th March 2025
Duration: At least 1 year

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Clerk of Works, Site Supervisor, or Project Supervisor in a secure or public-sector environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction, facilities management, and security protocols in operational buildings.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain clearance for work in a judicial setting.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management.
• Valid CSCS card and relevant health & safety qualifications (desirable).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor / Clerk of Works to oversee essential maintenance and refurbishment works at a large facility in Willesden, London. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong compliance knowledge, and the ability to work in a secure, operational environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise construction, maintenance, and refurbishment activities within a FM environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring work meets required specifications and security standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and security compliance, adhering to strict regulations for judicial buildings.
• Liaise with contractors, facilities management teams, and court officials to coordinate project activities.
• Review materials, workmanship, and progress reports to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, issue progress reports, and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
