ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS:

· CSCS card (appropriate to role and responsibilities)
· SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
· HSG47 Units 1 and 2 (Understanding and Managing the Risks of Underground Services)
· Proven experience supervising construction or infrastructure projects, ideally within live operational environments
· Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and safe systems of work

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· First Aid at Work certification
· Experience working within secure or critical environments (e.g., data centres, financial institutions)
· Familiarity with My client’s systems, reporting tools, and project governance processes

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Project Supervisor will act as the principal on-site liaison between Projects and all appointed contractors, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of infrastructure and facilities projects at the site. This role is critical to maintaining project momentum, upholding health and safety standards, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
