Description

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS:

· CSCS card (appropriate to role and responsibilities)
· SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
· HSG47 Units 1 and 2 (Understanding and Managing the Risks of Underground Services)
· Proven experience supervising construction or infrastructure projects, ideally within live operational environments
· Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and safe systems of work

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· First Aid at Work certification
· Experience working within secure or critical environments (e.g., data centres, financial institutions)
· Familiarity with My client’s systems, reporting tools, and project governance processes

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

· Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organised
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
· High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
