Experience: 3-5 years in fit-out and renovation projects.
Salary: 4000 AED – 5000 AED based on experience and qualifications.
Working days: 6 Days, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3- 5 years’ experience as a Project Supervisor/ Site Engineer, specifically in fit-out/interior design and renovation projects.
• Engineering degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out details, MEP works, construction techniques, materials, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s construction regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• fit-out project supervisor: 5 years (Required)

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor work progress, resolve any issues, and address deviations from project plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and create a safe working environment for all on-site workers.
