Job Description Licensing Project Supervisor The Licensing Project Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the success of licensing agreements and related marketing and communication activities by managing the end-to-end development process of assigned projects. Key Objectives Maintain a balance between the brand’s strategic vision and the licensee’s operational and commercial requirements. Coordinate product development and go-to-market strategies. Oversee communication and buying flows among all involved stakeholders. Core Responsibilities Brand Integrity & Strategy: Ensure all activities remain consistent with the Group’s Brand DNA (history, values, and style). Coordinate with internal teams and licensees to define and execute annual Marketing and Communication plans. Collection Management: Supervise the entire collection cycle—from analyzing market briefs and defining price points to collaborating with Design/Style teams—ensuring strict adherence to the design calendar. Marketing & Trade Operations: Coordinate Visual Merchandising activities, POS material production, and the organization of events or conventions, acting as a liaison between Consumer Engagement teams and external consultants. Commercial Analysis & Buying: Monitor market trends and sales performance to define production forecasts. Manage buying flows and boutique clustering in coordination with regional buyers. Channel Support & Training: Support the expansion of distribution channels by providing training for Retail and Wholesale staff, collecting direct feedback, and designing incentive programs. Qualifications Degree in economics Previous experience in the role / in project management (6/12 months) Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative attitude Passion for fashion, branding, and creative marketing Additional Information Maternity Cover
