Description

We are a dynamic painting contractor looking for a hands-on and motivated Project Supervisor to lead our on-site painting teams. You will be directly responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of our projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard and that our clients are thoroughly satisfied.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the painting, construction, or renovation industry.
  • Expert, hands-on knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, paint products, and equipment is essential .
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and discipline a team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s WSH Act and relevant safety management procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be physically fit and willing to work on-site full-time.
  • Possessing a Class 3 driver’s license and owning transport is a strong advantage .
Responsibilities
  • On-Site Leadership: Directly supervise, lead, and motivate painting crews on-site daily.
  • Quality & Safety Enforcement: Conduct pre-work safety briefings and continuous inspections to enforce strict compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations and quality standards.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, conducting walk-throughs, addressing concerns immediately, and providing professional updates.
  • Hands-On Problem Solving: Identify issues (e.g., surface defects, logistical problems) and implement practical solutions quickly to avoid project delays.
  • Progress Management: Ensure work is completed on schedule and within the allocated man-hours and budget.
  • Training & Development: Mentor and train crew members on proper techniques, product application, and safety procedures.
  • Site Administration: Manage daily site documentation, including work reports, timesheets, and safety records.
  • Risk Assessment (RA): Demonstrate knowledge of conducting and submitting a Risk Assessment for the site.
