The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our Branded Business Operations team, providing essential project administration support across a variety of capital and site projects. You’ll work closely with project leads, engineers and stakeholders to ensure project activities run smoothly, information is accurate, and systems are up to date. This role is based on site 5 days per week within a supportive and engaged team known for its strong culture, shared commitment and collaborative spirit. Responsibilities Support project teams to maintain accurate project documentation, timelines and visual management tools Liaise with project leads to track progress, follow up actions and communicate updates across the site Manage SAP tasks including purchase order creation, vendor onboarding and invoice receipting Maintain project SharePoint content, capital cost trackers and financial documents Contribute to project meetings through note‑taking, preparing materials and coordinating administrative requirements About you Skilled in SAP with confidence handling purchase orders, cost tracking and finance‑related inputs Experienced in providing project support within an operational, manufacturing or similar environment Competent using MS Office and SharePoint to manage documents, trackers and communications Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and adapting to shifting project priorities Known for your proactive approach, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
