About the Position This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role supporting our project teams with logistics, procurement, and operational coordination. You’ll be central to managing supplies, equipment, and store inventory, while also providing administrative support and occasionally assisting with site-based work at locations across the UK. Key Responsibilities   * Provide administrative support across environmental projects, including raising purchase order numbers, setting up projects, and assisting with report issue. * Manage procurement and supply chain logistics: sourcing, ordering, and tracking supplies and equipment. * Oversee equipment and store management: maintain inventory records, coordinate deliveries, and ensure equipment is serviced and ready for use. * Liaise with third party suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective operations. * Subcontractor and/or vendor invoice processing and database management. * Support health, safety, and environmental compliance across office and field activities * Undertake ad hoc site visits across the UK to assist with fieldwork, data collection, or equipment setup. Skills and Experience  * Experience in project administration, supply chain coordination, and/or equipment management. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to travel occasionally for site-based tasks across the UK. * A genuine interest in environmental sustainability and consultancy work.
