KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience of invoicing / finance systems (Sage experience advantageous)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good educational levels in English and Maths
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities

OUTLINE OF ROLE

This role is key to delivering successful projects, providing vital support to Project Managers and Site Managers. It ensures managers are fully equipped to deliver work efficiently and safely by issuing site packs, coordinating equipment and documentation, and managing purchase orders, invoices, and timesheets. By keeping projects organised and Site Managers supported, this role helps every job run smoothly and to a high standard.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare site packs for Site Managers.
  • Ensure Site Managers have the correct equipment, tools, PPE and documentation for their allocated jobs.
  • Raise purchase orders and process associated invoices.
  • Process Site Manager timesheets for both direct and agency staff.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Projects Division.
  • Organise travel and accommodation for Site Managers where required.
