Responsibilities
  • Completing different administrative support tasks in line with PMO activities.
  • Documenting administrative support tasks effectively, so others can use the information.
  • Using key project management tools including but not limited to: Project Online and SharePoint
  • Training stakeholders to use project management tools.
  • Working independently or as part of a team to complete PMO activities.
  • Taking ownership of 1 or more areas of PMO support
  • Producing regular reports for onward distribution and analysing data for onward reporting
