Duties - This position assists and reports to the Jetrac Manager.
The Project Support Engineer position is a critical role for the business! Throughout this expansive and diverse role, the ideal candidate shall be ensuring the effective management of our current customer base, as well as introducing new customers, pricing projects alongside ownership of the quality management system, and supporting the workshop with manufacturing/ pressure testing. If you like to have a day that is never the same and a role you can make your own and grow, then this is the role for you.

The following duties are inclusive, but are not limited to:

• Hose Manufacturing
• Hose Pressure Testing
• Stores
• Goods in/inspection
• Despatch
• Delivery and pick up
• Learn and understand component compatibility to a high level
• Establish and build a strong customer base (existing and new)
• Carry out pricing projects with direction of the Jetrac Manager
• Manage the Quality Management System
• Compile job packs for field engineers
• Carry out site visits
• Assist the sales team as required
• Assist the Jetrac Supervisor with onsite surveys as required (within hours stipulated below).
• Attend internal/external training courses (where applicable)
• Any other duties as per the needs of the business
