Job Description Reporting on progress, resources, finance or costings Overseeing projects, mitigating risks and solving issues Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team Internal and external stakeholder management Managing correspondence Updating project records Preparing test data, testing and Reporting on testing Preparing, printing and distributing project documentation Facilitating and co-ordinating efficient flow of all working documents Drafting documents, such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in ICT (ideally, though not mandatory) plus 2 years of professional experience. At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant position. Working knowledge of English: C1 or higher level. Knowledge of project management methodologies and methods Experienced in drafting documents, (such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings), managing correspondence and typing in data into electronic systems Ability to organise and plan the work process and deliver expected results Proficient in using MS Office tools Basic knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts Dedication to quality of the provided documents (incl. content and formatting) Service oriented attitude and systematic worker Has knowledge/experience in the area of Schengen Information System Has knowledge/experience in the area of testing ICT systems Has knowledge and experience in using Azure DevOps (especially in managing backlog, preparing and executing test plans, preparing dashboards) At least 1 certification among: PRINCE2 Foundation Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) PM2 Basic or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority) Additional Information
