We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic Project Support Officer. The Project Support Officer provides high quality administrative and coordination support to the Planned and Project Works team to enable efficient, compliant and timely delivery of project outcomes under the WA Housing Contract.   This is fast paced environment, with ever changing priorities. Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Maintaining accurate project documentation * Supporting workflow and scheduling activities * Assisting with reporting and data management * Provide exceptional levels of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders * Provide support to the organisation in operational support activities. * Plan and prioritise all work volumes to meet all required timelines and desired outcomes * Coordinate and liaise with all relevant stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. * Coordination of sub-contractors/trades attending priority responses * Support the management team with any ad hoc duties such as compliance and other administrative type work. What You’ll Bring (experience required) * 1–3 years’ experience in project or contract administration within maintenance, construction, infrastructure, utilities, facilities or housing environments * Demonstrated experience maintaining project records and document control (registers, version control, approvals tracking, meeting minutes)  * Experience coordinating workflows and scheduling (issuing work orders, booking subcontractors, tracking progress, following up overdue actions)  * Demonstrate strong administration skills including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) * Proven data entry and reporting experience, including compiling weekly/monthly status updates and KPI reports from multiple sources * Customer focused experience liaising with subcontractors, field team members and internal stakeholders, handling enquiries and resolving straightforward issues * Exposure to procurement administration (receipting, matching invoices, variation paperwork) and working to delegations  * Experience working to procedures and compliance standards, ensuring audit ready files and confidentiality * You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients. **Please note, as a prerequisite for this role candidates will be required to complete work rights check, pre-employment medical check, AFP National Police History certificate and reference checks.
