GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across the organization. As a Project Support Officer will cover the scoope of work that revolves in Growth & Innovation’s core business, such as: logam mulia regular, Project AIR, project seamless, and forthcoming Growth & Innovation Business Stream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily support day-to-day operations in projects
  • Work collaboratively with Sales & Commercial Team to accommodate sales order data and track order fulfillment
  • Become a go-to-person for project documentation and/or administration (e.g. generate link/voucher, transactions, promo approval)
  • Maintain and nurture positive relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with partners to ensure their needs are met and to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Manage the addition and customization of SKUs for B2B pricing, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for business clients.
  • Coordinate with the product and sales teams to update and maintain SKU details.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project operations, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
