Lincolnshire has long faced challenges in providing high-quality dental care due to a shortage of trained professionals. The establishment of the Lincolnshire Institute of Dental and Oral Health (LIDOH) is a pivotal step in addressing these shortages, benefiting patients and the community.
The University of Lincoln is embarking on an exciting strategic project, involving the development of the Lincoln Medical School and LIDOH. We are offering a unique secondment opportunity for an individual to gain new skills and experience at a senior level on a fast-paced, complex, and rewarding project. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic leader to support this strategic initiative.
In this role, you will report to the LIDOH Project Manager within the Vice Chancellor’s Office and play a crucial part in delivering new dental education, research, and clinical services initiatives within time and budget constraints, ensuring the highest quality standards for the University, students, patients, and the public.
This role could be a secondment opportunity for an internal candidate, subject to discussions with their current area. The role is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their skills and experience in managing complex strategic projects.
In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln, our current students, and any currently engaged agency workers who have been with us for more than 12 weeks.
