Responsibilities
  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of activities across multiple work streams.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, registers, minutes, briefs and governance packs.
  • Supporting risk, issue and change management processes.
  • Assisting with procurement and contract management activities, including tracking deliverables and vendor performance.
  • Compiling project status reports and assisting in schedule/cost analysis to inform decision making.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement across Defence, industry partners, and internal project teams.
  • Providing day-to-day coordination support to project managers and engineering leads.
