Description

This is a support function to the Project Operational team who will be tasked to resolve and ensure that projects are managed in a timely and cost-effective manner while still meeting project specifications and requirements from various stake holders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and collate product samples, product information data and all related project material operational needs.
  • Arrange paperwork submissions, thus need to be meticulous and careful.
  • Order processing for project order requirements, via SAP (will be taught how to use) and excel, where necessary.
  • Liaise with suppliers & customers, working with each party to monitor materials and deliveries are arranged in a timely manner so that projects are delivered on time – preparing, arranging and monitoring delivery schedules/pipelines.
  • Attend site meetings, where necessary, to co-ordinate with consultants, developers and contractors and to understand project requirements. (This will depend on project nature and also allows candidate to be exposed to Project site situation and better able to manage expectations with users. This is only on a “where necessary” basis.).

Requirements
Min. NTC2 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Interior Design / Building Services / Architectural / Sustainability Design.
Must have initiative; be able to think out of the box & enjoy working as a team and individually.
Experience in project lighting industry or related M&E is a bonus. Otherwise, working experience in events, sales support or project co-ordination work experience would be good as well.
Enjoys working in a fast paced and exciting environment with a good ability to manage timelines and people.
Strong paperwork support skills, using Excel, Words or PowerPoint.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,400.00 per month
