Responsibilities

As a Project Support Officer, you will partner with a Commercial Manager to support the delivery of their client programs. You will enjoy a variety of interesting and fast paced work with primary responsibilities including:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate project records, applying strong attention to detail and analytical skills to monitor progress and support reporting.
  • Supporting Project Managers with a variety of tasks
  • Preparation of invoices & claims and liaising with clients
  • Setup of projects and maintaining data in our companies ERP system
  • Involvement in the bid process through Preparation of tenders and quotes
  • Assisting PMs in Tender submission and tracking forward workloads Leads and proposal
  • Assisting PM’s with client management
  • Assisting PM’s in setting up internal projects and carrying out project requirements such as HSEQ requirements and document contro

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal with the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Excellent team playing skills and pro-active attitude
  • Demonstrated experience in an Administration role
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office package: Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Competency in accounting software data entry: invoicing, job costing and procuring
  • Ability to manage large volumes of concurring documents and prioritise accordingly
  • Ability to maintain accurate record keeping and timely processing of record
