We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Project Support Officer to join our UniQue Luxembourg team What will you be bringing to the team? Support the Institution’s budget planning and execution process. Collect, prepare, and analyze financial data to support decision-making. Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and ensure compliance with financial procedures. Maintain accurate financial and audit records. Assist in cost analysis for processes, services, and projects. Support workforce planning, recruitment, and resourcing activities. Maintain skills inventories and conduct workforce gap analyses. Provide administrative and coordination support for projects, meetings, and reporting. Utilize project management and resource planning tools for scheduling and tracking activities. Contribute to documentation, onboarding processes, and knowledge sharing. Participate in internal control reviews and recommend improvements. Apply technology-based solutions to enhance control and efficiency. What do you need to succeed in this position? Vocational or higher education in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of related experience (or 5 years with secondary education). Proven experience in project and portfolio management. Familiarity with ServiceNow and workforce management tools. Background in financial, HR, or project administration. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and resource management. Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and project management methodologies. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets effectively.
