This role is critical in ensuring the smooth coordination of privacy enquiries, assessments, documentation, and reporting, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the University, contributing to a culture of strong privacy practices and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate day-to-day privacy enquiries and provide timely advice to stakeholders  * Support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), including data gathering and documentation  * Assist with the management and documentation of privacy incidents  * Maintain registers, logs, and reporting dashboards  * Develop and update procedures, templates, and guidance materials  * Provide administrative and project support, including meeting coordination and reporting  * Contribute to process improvements and enhanced privacy governance practices    Salary: HEP 6 $91,796 - $99,361 + 17% employer superannuation Employment Type: Part Time, Fixed term for 6 months Hours: 22.05 per week Location: Footscray Park   About You: You are a proactive and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring: * Experience in administration, governance, compliance, or a similar function  * Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information  * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities  * High attention to detail and problem-solving capability  * Strong stakeholder engagement skills  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly    Experience or knowledge in privacy, information governance, or relevant legislation (e.g. Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic)) will be highly regarded.
