Responsibilities

JOB ROLE OVERVIEW

Under the direction of the Project Manager and working as part of a team, coordinate deployment and delivery to time and budget, customer expectations and technical specification of allocated projects secured by the Company. This is an office-based role, working from our Banbury location.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Scheduling of site visits and recording dates on the delivery plan, within the time scales of the project.
· Scheduling of engineer resource across the project
· Contacting end users to arrange site visits to their establishments, maintaining project trackers and delivery plan
· Arranging any access requirements and outages through bespoke systems
· Creation of work packages for engineers attending sites
· Monitor each site activity and record / report any issues that may occur during delivery of any one given task, escalating if and when required
· Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis or as and when required to ensure satisfactory progression of all projects in line contract and customer expectations.
· Facilitate communication between key stakeholders
· Participation in Change Management, Risk Management and Schedule Management tasks under the direction of the project manager
· Additional ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Project Manager
· To adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures at all times.
