Our team works together on every step — from choosing the right location to seeing the doors open for the first time. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who’s organized, curious, and eager to learn to join our team. Duties Assist the team with coordinating new dental office projects from start to finish Help keep track of project schedules, deadlines, and important tasks Support communication with real estate team, architects, contractors, and vendors by relaying information and updates Assist with organizing documents, bids, permits, and project materials Attend occasional site visits and travel for project check-ins (overnight trips may be needed) Help with coordinating equipment or supply orders as directed Maintain organized project files, spreadsheets, and progress updates Learn the project process and gradually take on more responsibility under guidance - Room to Grow! Requirements NO Experience is required. We are looking for a ambitious person who is willing to learn our systems and advance themselves. Experience in an office environment with clerical is a plus. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong typing skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Familiarity with personal assistant duties is beneficial.
