Due to extensive growth in the last year, we are offering an entry-level role for Project Support Specialist to join our head office location in Charlottetown, PE. The successful candidate support engineering department activities for design and implementation of specialized systems.
This role is an entry level, in-person office based position, training will be provided on specific requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post Secondary education or equivalent
• Must possess strong computer skills and accuracy in delivered work
• MS Office Software proficiency
• CAD Software proficiency in Solid Edge or equivalent
• Proficiency with cloud-based tasking and project update system
• Must be able to work well under pressure managing client deadlines
• Proven communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Strong time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities are required
• Comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team

• Preparing engineering schematics and plans for delivery of project scope under supervision of engineering team
• Assembly of technical specifications
• Following established Professional Practice Management Plan procedures and instructions
• Working within Engineering Order structure and authorization system
• Other duties and projects as required
