At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Support Specialist to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role? Arranging meetings and producing meeting minutes Setting up and maintaining project files Collecting actuals data and forecasts and updating plans Administering or assisting with the quality review process Administering or assisting with Project Board meetings Assisting with the compilation of reports Contributing expertise in specialist tools and techniques Maintaining the following records: Quality Register, Configuration Item Records, and any other registers/logs delegated by the Project Manager Administering the configuration management procedure What do you need to succeed in this position? Minimum 4 years of relevant education (Master’s degree or equivalent) after secondary school Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 year in IT project support Experience in the full end-to-end IT project lifecycle Experience working within a Project Management Office using PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management methodology PRINCE2 Foundation certification or an equivalent industry-standard project management qualification Strong understanding of project management and support activities, including managing risks, issues, quality, and action logs Good knowledge of project management standards and techniques Knowledge and/or experience using project management tools Experience supporting multiple projects and project managers Experience using MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively utilise desktop applications Experience taking minutes and recording actions in meetings at all levels Experience maintaining a configuration management system, acting as a configuration librarian Experience creating templates for common project documentation Good reporting skills and methods Fluency in English At Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
